Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground sausage
  • 6 cups coleslaw mix
  • 1 tablespoon garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup green onions (diced)
Instructions
  • Cook and crumble ground sausage in a large pot. Once cooked drain fat.
  • Add in coleslaw mix and season with minced garlic, ground ginger, and soy sauce. Cook until coleslaw mix is tender.
  • Serve topped with green onions.
  • Optional: garnish with sesame seeds.

Tip: I love the flavors this ground pork sausage gives this recipe. You could also use ground beef, turkey, or chicken.
